Did you enjoy your trial training sessions and would you like to join us?

Welcome to Crossfit Wädenswil!

After your last trial training session, we will contact you by phone after the training session or shortly afterwards to plan the next steps.

Before you can attend the normal courses, it is important to acquire the necessary skills in the beginner courses. These take place on different days. If the times do not suit you, we will find an individual solution for you.

How long you have to attend the beginner training courses varies greatly from person to person.
As a rule, after 1 to 3 months you will be ready for all training courses including of the many special training sessions.

PS: If you fancy special training sessions such as Endurance Club, Weightlifting or Gymnastic, you can also book these during your rookie phase
